This Broccoli Waldorf Salad Recipe is an interesting take on the classic Waldorf Salad.
This is a great Broccoli Salad Recipe. It is vibrant with summer flavours and just makes you want to smile. It tastes great and the kids will love it too!
INGREDIENTS ¼ cup frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed ¼ cup vegetable oil 1 1/12 tablespoons vinegar (I like balsamic or wine vinegar) 1 tablespoon honey ¼ teaspoon dry mustard 1/8 teaspoon salt 1/8 teaspoon hot pepper sauce – (Tabasco or something similar) 3 cups chopped broccoli 3 peeled apples, chopped 1 cup raisins ¼ cup chopped pecans, toasted
PREPARATION 1. Combine orange juice, oil, vinegar, honey, dry mustard, salt and hot sauce in a large mixing bowl; blend well and set aside.
2. In a salad bowl mix broccoli, apples, raisins and pecans. 3. Drizzle the dressing over top and toss
