An Appetizing and Easy Spinach Dip Recipe

This Simple Spinach Dip Recipe is a great starter for a meal or can be served with crackers, pita bread or foccacia as an appetizer.

Here's what you'll need:

1 package fresh spinach, chopped finely OR 1/2 package frozen chopped spinach
1 cup mayonnaise (I use low-fat)
1 cup sour cream OR 1 cup yogurt
3 scallions (green onions) chipped finely
1/2 bunch chopped parsley
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. chopped fresh dill OR 1 tbsp. dried dill
2 tbsp. prepared white horseradish

Mix all the ingredients together and refrigerate at least two hours before serving to allow all the flavors to blend.
