Quick Easy Pasta Recipe
1 package (250 gr, 1/2 lb) penne pasta or elbow pasta or any short pasta
250 gr (1/2 lb) soft feta cheese (you can use cream cheese too if you like)
1 large tin (800 gr., 28 oz.) crushed tomatoes
1/4 cup olive oil
2/3 cup bread crumbs
1 tsp. dried oregano
Salt and pepper to taste
In a bowl, mix together the pasta, crushed tomatoes, olive oil, cheese and seasoning.
Pour the mixture into the prepared casserole dish.
Spread the remaining bread crumbs over top.
Bake at 180C (350F) for 1.5 hours or until the top is golden and the pasta is cooked through.
