Olive Tomato Pate

Oh so easy – this fragrant, garlicky delicious Olive Tomato Pate made with black and green olives and sun-dried tomatoes is wonderful served as a dip or even just spread on a thick slice of bread!

About 20 green olives
About 20 black olives
1/4 cup sun dried tomatoes (I use the tomatoes that are marinated in olive oil)

1. Remove the pits from the olives.

2. Add the sun-dried tomatoes.

3. Mince using a food processor or hand gadget that minces

4. Finito! Serve on crusty Italian bread or on crackers. I love, love, love this spread with chunks of mozzarella cheese – YUMMY!!!!

Really, what could be easier????
