Nili Potatoes

A wonderful and easy potato dish!

6 medium sized potatoes-peeled
2 cups heavy cream- you can use reduced fat cream
50 grams butter
salt, pepper and nutmeg to taste

Cut potatoes into slices or julienne like french fries
Place in a bowl and season generously with salt,pepper and nutmeg.
Place potatoes in a baking dish
Pour heavy cream to cover the potatoes.
Place small pieces of butter on the potatoes
Bake in a pre-heated oven- 180 degress for an hour and a half until golden brown
