Tasty and Very Easy Grilled Vegetables


Grilled Vegetables! Is there anything easier than throwing sliced veggies on the grill and serving up a wonderful side dish or appetizer of delicious Grilled Veggies!


This isn't even a recipe – this is just a suggestion for delicious Grilled Vegetables – Practically no time, no effort and all the nutrients and great taste of grilled veggies that your family and friends will love!

INGREDIENTS
Any vegetable you like – I often use:
1 eggplant
1 head of cauliflower
2 peppers red and yellow
1 onion
Salt

PREPARATION
1. Slice the eggplant in half lengthwise and then into very thin slices.

2. Slice the peppers into thins slices.

3. Break the cauliflower into florettes and then slice them in half.

4. Slice the onion into wedges.

5. Heat a grill pan on the stove OR you can use your barbeque grill.

6. Lay the veggies on the hot grill (I don't use oil but if you like you can spray a bit of oil on the grill first). Let them cook until they get those nice grill stripes and then turn them over to the other side. Eggplant cooks very quickly as do the peppers. Onion and cauliflower take more time.

7. Sprinkle salt over the veggies while they are still hot on the grill.

8. Serve. YUMMY!
