Coconut Pineapple Milkshake (Vegan)

1 cup coconut milk or cream (not coconut water)

1 fresh or frozen banana
1 cup fresh or frozen pineapple chunks
5-6 leaves fresh mint, stems removed
Half cup ice or water

Blend all ingredients together in a blender and drink up!

Optional - you can replace the mint with a dash of cinnamon - also delicious!
