Broccoli Salad Recipe

This Broccoli Salad Recipe is simply delicious and very easy to make!

This is a great Salad Recipe and a great way to add broccoli to your diet. It's really simple and really yummy.

And did you know that broccoli helps prevent heart disease? Broccoli contributes to skin health and aids in construction and strengthening of bones. Eating broccoli also helps in destroying cancer cells and broccoli is considered to have a cooling effect. Broccoli also can benefit the liver and eye energy. And … 1/2 cup of broccoli provides 52 mg of vitamin C. So it's really worth eating

4 cups broccoli florets, blanched
2 cups seedless green or red grapes, cut in half
½ cup seeded, thinly sliced red bell pepper
½ cup thinly sliced red onion
¼ cup toasted almond slices OR walnuts
¾ cup low-fat salad dressing of choice

1. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients. Add dressing and toss well.

2. Refrigerate and serve.
